Biography:

My name is Lacey (Hoper) Duffy. I grew up in Woodward, Oklahoma where I graduated high school. After high school, I played college softball at Northern Oklahoma College (Tonkawa) while cpursing my nursing degree. I graduated with my Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2007, from Northwestern Oklahoma State University.

I began my nursing career at OU Children's Hospital caring for children of all ages. After one year, I transitioned to Home Health and Hospice Nursing.I graduated with my Master of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner in 2020, from Purdue University Global.

I have two wonderful boys Luke and Eli. We enjoy spending vour time with family, attending church, watching and playing sports, fishing, hunting, watching movies and just being together. I value the relationships I have with patients and their families. I truly enjoy rural health care and look forward to providing the best possible care to my community and surrounding communities.
